Ready to sell your house? Take Time Home Cleaning introduces our new service, Showcase. We want to make the task of preparing a house for resale easier for private sellers and/or real estate agents.
Take Time is a Full Service company so we can provide a one-stop shop for all of your needs. We will assess the property and create a work order of what needs to be done in order to maximize its resale value.
Our services include:
- Handyman services for small repairs and upgrades
- Homestager to organize spaces and furnishings
- House cleaning to provide a top to bottom clean
- Carpet and hardwood floor cleaning
- Tile and grout deep cleans
- Interior/Exterior window cleaning
- Yard care including mowing and raking
- Snow clearing
We also offer ongoing maintenance while the house is on the market in order to keep the home in tip top shape. Our maintenance package provides an once a week service that includes:
- Yard care or snow removal
- a light inside clean
Cost per week for this service would be $150 for a small to medium sized house. $200 and up for larger homes and properties.
