Cindy
I started Take Time Home Cleaning in 2009. My mission was, and still is: to provide a hassle-free, exceptional cleaning service, at a price that most people can afford.
As a full time high school teacher/college instructor with a large and very busy household, I remember going to work on Monday feeling as tired as I did the Friday before. Hence, the slogan Take Time to Live Well and the tag line Creating Free Time for Busy People.
I wanted to improve quality of life for hard working people who really needed some “me” time. Whether that meant, spending more time with family and friends, developing hobbies or new skills, or lying on the couch binge watching Netflix, everyone needs a mental breather to recharge and enjoy life!
Today, sixteen years later, we are Winnipeg’s largest and most awarded cleaning company with a second location in Edmonton. How do we do it? A strong belief in our mission; great systems and operations; but mostly a wonderful and cohesive admin staff that work hard, collaborate and sincerely strive to produce the best hassle-free cleaning service for our clients.

Hi there. My name is Lynette. I was born and spent my early years on the east coast. I am the oldest of 5 children and have three children of my own. I have been taking care of people my whole life.
I started working at Take Time December of 2021. I have enjoyed every day since. I feel lucky to provide continued care to Take Time clients and their families. This job has been a dream. I am lucky to be part of a team that wants the same thing I do.

Hi! I’m Kelsey, I started working with Take Time back in 2022. Though, I wasn’t always the Scheduling Coordinator. I started out as a cleaner! I love being active and staying in shape so being a cleaner at the time was perfect for that. However, I received the opportunity to start working in the office as that was my background. I am very happy that I started as a cleaner and worked my way up to the office. Having the knowledge of a cleaner and knowing the duties of the office is the best of both worlds so I can help everyone from every angle! Everyone that I have had the pleasure of meeting through Take Time have impacted my life in so many ways, and for that I am grateful. I look forward to what the future has in store!

Hey everyone! My name is Ashley and I started at Take Time in January of 2021. I started out as a cleaner myself, but in a matter of months I was given the opportunity to step up and train and quality check our cleaners. Nowadays, while our other lovely admin help our fantastic clients, I help with cleaner relations and supplies. It’s my job to ensure that each cleaner has the tools and knowledge they need for your home. Even as a child, I was very particular about how things were done, so I put them through a thoughtful and thorough training process with frequent quality checks to ensure that they know what they’re doing and that your home is sparkling!
