We are a local service provider with affordable prices. Our cleaners are bonded and insured ($2 million) unlike other fly by night companies. Our staff possess proven integrity and reliability, and are involved in the community.

2. Why are some cleaning services cheaper than others?
In many cases these services are not paying taxes and may not be insured and bonded even though they say they are. They don’t operate legally and don’t have the expenses of a legitimate cleaning company. Legitimate companies will provide proof of registration and insurance. It is important to ask a cleaning company to show proof of their registration and Insurance since hiring illegal companies can result in large fines. It’s also important to understand that any theft or damages caused by these companies in your home will result in loss to you. They have no insurance to cover your losses.

3. Do you pay for referrals if I refer you?
Yes! Your next cleaning is absolutely FREE when you refer us to someone who uses us! You could get all of your cleanings for FREE if you just spread the word to everyone. We thrive on referrals and are generous when you refer!

4. Are you insured and bonded?
Yes! Your safety and protection is top priority.

5. Are your housekeepers employees or sub contractors?
Our Cleaning Techs are employees. Thoroughly screened and trained by an experienced Training Manager.

6. Are you a franchise?
No. We just look like one because we are just as professional. But, we have the freedom to provide you with a more customized service and our prices are much lower than the franchises.

7. Do you take credit cards?
Yes, for your convenience we accept: VISA and MASTERCARD.

8. Do you supply the cleaning equipment and supplies?
Yes we bring everything needed to give your home a thorough cleaning.

9. When do I pay for the service?
At the time of service. You can leave a check on the counter or we can charge your credit card the day of cleaning.
