Yes. Our employees all have current police record checks which we require before putting them into training. We have a system for checking into the background of each applicant. They also must pass a rigorous training program before we schedule them.

Not a problem. We will reschedule any clean for you. If you prefer not to reschedule we charge 30% of the clean. Cancelling service requires 2 weeks notice so we can replace your job on our cleaners schedule. Our staff rely on stable hours.

This occasionally happens. If that happens do not worry, we will take care of it. Our 100% 24 Hour Guarantee means that we will make it right, if notified within 24 hours. All you have to do is respond to the one question multiple choice email you received that day. We are quick to respond to any client concerns.

We will leave you a note, and contact you the same day. Anything considered irreplaceable, we ask that you please put away in a safe place on cleaning day.

Payment is due on the day of service. We accept Visa or MasterCard and AMEX. Initial and one time cleans are prebilled. Subsequent cleans are charged the day after.

Our staff is Pet-Friendly. However, if your pet is aggressive toward strangers, we require it to be kenneled.

No, we provide everything we need to clean your home. It’s important that our employees are familiar with the products and tools they use. If you have a special product that you would like used, please contact us and we will discuss.

Call our office at least one day in advance so that we can schedule any extra time that might be required. This is important for our scheduling process.
