At Take Time, we are excited to begin our service relationship with you.
Please confirm the following:

I understand that:
1. I will be assigned a cleaner but if that cleaner is unavailable, Take Time Cleaning automatically sends a different one and will NOT call to inform me.*
I have read and agree to this
2. There are NO firm start times for Slots 2 or 3. If I plan to be home to let the cleaner in, Take Time also needs a secondary entry method such as a lock box or code so the cleaner can let herself in and out. We do not want to keep you waiting. If you need to leave for some reason, the cleaner can still get in.*

3. If I need to Skip or Reschedule, Take Time will add a half hour to the next clean. Also, my schedule still remains the same. If I have a biweekly schedule, that means that I will have 2 cleans back-to-back before the schedule is back on track.*
